CTTAM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COURSES
Certified Technicians & Technologists Association of Manitoba (CTTAM) is pleased to offer the leadership development courses, “Leading People, Levels 1 and 2”, open to both members and non-members. Ken Allen (see bio attached) will present the courses, which are designed to give participants practical supervisory and leadership skills they can apply in the workplace.

“Leading People” – Level 1

Date: Friday, November 6, 2026 Deadline: October 28, 2026
Time: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
Location: Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion Street, Winnipeg, MB.
Registration Fee: CTTAM Registrants – $210 Non-registrants – $250
The Leading People Level 1 course introduces participants to the fundamental principles and practical skills required to supervise and lead people effectively. It provides a strong foundation upon which more advanced leadership skills can be developed. Please refer to the attached documents for the complete learning objectives and course details.

The Leading People Level 2 course builds on the foundational concepts introduced in Level 1 and focuses on strengthening participants’ ability to lead themselves and others. Participants will examine their own leadership approach and develop a practical Personal Leadership Action Plan that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
