2017 CTTAM Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is being held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at the Delta Hotel Winnipeg.  Members are encouraged to attend.  There will be a presentation by Scott Payne, C.E.T., regarding the rapid transit system in the City of Winnipeg.  Please click here for more information and the registration form.

On-line Application Process - New Applicants

New applicants must now apply on-line using the "Technology Registrations Canada" website, https://www.technologyregistrationscanada.ca/  Please click here for more information.  Graduates from Non-Accredited programs please click here and graduates from Accredited Programs, please click here for more information on applying with CTTAM.  A W.E.S. (World Education Services) ICAP course-by-course academic evaluation is now required for all internationally educated professionals applying with CTTAM.   Click here for more information about W.E.S.

Note:  Active CTTAM Members wanting to re-class can submit their applications in person at the CTTAM office or via email to admin@cttam.com.

Office of the Manitoba Fairness Commissioner Reviews CTTAM's Registration Process

A review of CTTAM's registration process was undertaken by the Office of the Manitoba Fairness Commissioner.  CTTAM worked closed with the OMFC to ensure that all of the recommendations put forward were adopted.  A letter was sent to the Minister of Education and Training from the OMFC stating that CTTAM is in compliance with all of the recommendations.   Click here to view the report.

CTTAM Competency/Certification Exams

CTTAM is now offering competency/certification exams to existing Certified C.Tech. Members who are required to write a technical report or for Certified Technicians who want to re-class to a Certified Technologist.  Click here for more information.  Study handbooks are available under the "Forms and Downloads" link


CCTT is awarding two $1,000 scholarships from Manulife Financial to the son or daughter of association members (across Canada).  Click here for more information.  Deadline for applying is Thursday, December 14, 2017.
